Fine jewelry orders ship complimentary and overnight, fully insured for the journey. After your emailed shipping confirmation, delivery follows the next business day, and an adult aged 18 or older must sign with ID at the address you provide — at which point responsibility for the package transfers to you.

For apparel, accessories and non-bulk home pieces, delivery options and cost are calculated at checkout from your order, address and chosen method, with time estimates shared once the order ships. Saturdays and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days (Saturday delivery may be offered to certain zip codes for an added fee). Orders cannot be sent to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels, and any customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Pieces may be returned for refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused and unaltered with the original receipt, original packaging and all tags and stickers attached. Anything that does not meet this policy is returned to you.

To begin, email info@kimberlymcdonald.com to arrange your return or exchange. An insured return label is provided and must be used on a properly sealed package — the house is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged when sent back without it.

Once inspected, returns are refunded and exchanges issued as store credit, in each case less the insured return-shipping cost. Refunds take up to roughly fourteen business days and go back to your original payment method. International customs duties are non-refundable, and special, personalized or custom orders are final sale.
